Dildeepa is passionate about caring for children and their families. As a parent, she understand the stress and anxiety associated with concerns about a child’s health, development or wellbeing. Dildeepa works collaboratively with families by respecting families’ choices and their decision‐making recognising them as equal partners in supporting the child’s learning and development.

Dildeepa has worked within the Adelaide Paediatric Network including Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre and Lyell McEwin Hospital, Port Augusta Hospital Services as a trainee for over 7 years. She has worked as a consultant in the Child Development Unit, WCH and currently works as a Consultant on the Metabolic team, WCH. Dildeepa is an affiliate lecturer at the University of Adelaide.

Dildeepa provides specialist paediatric care for newborns, children and adolescents across a range of paediatric medical and developmental conditions. She is committed to supporting families of children, with chronic progressive conditions who have complex care needs, ensuring their care is well coordinated and they are able to access the services they need and receive the best possible care.
